Nicaragua Retreat

Feb. 14th - 21st, 2025

About this experience

Join two kindred spirits, Mariana and Chelsey, who met while in yoga therapy school in India for an unforgettable 7-day, 7-night Nicaraguan adventure that will nourish your body, ignite your spirit, and reconnect you to what truly matters.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Nicaragua’s sun-soaked beaches and lush landscapes, this retreat is your invitation to pause, play, and re-connect to yourself. Each day will offer a beautiful blend of yoga, movement, and mindfulness, along with heart-opening connection circles, wild adventures, and plenty of soulful relaxation.

Give yourself the space to unwind, renew, and simply be. Whether you're seeking deep inner peace, meaningful connections, or just a dose of tropical bliss, this retreat is here to spark joy, uplift your spirit, and help you establish—or deepen—practices that truly support you. Most of all, it’s a chance to remember what it feels like to be fully present and alive.

This retreat is for every BODY, meaning someone who has never done yoga before to all-level yogis are welcome to join us for this all-inclusive week of revival and wonder.
